What We Do
Cima is an Italian company which has been working in the pigs sector for more than 40 years making automatic liquid feeding system. Thanks to the possibility to be always in touch with the farmers and listening to them, we saw they were looking for a system to check and to control the weight of their pigs inside the farm. We decided to study and develop an innovative system the Cima Control Pig easy to use, no stressful for the animals and no efforts for the operators. In few minutes a farmer can check a pigs box and all the data can be transfered from the central unit to the computer. The systen is now used in differente areas: - for fattening: to select and to send to the slaugherhouse uniform lots - for gilts: to check their weight to make the first insemination - for sows: to check their weight before they enter into the delivery room and after the piglets born.
